Pre-order Purchase Information

• Pre-Orders may be cut due to limited allocation.

  • In the event of an allocation cut:

    • We will post the allocation cut percentage in the Pre-order update section of our website.

    • For all orders that will not reach 1 unit, we will use a random selector to determine which customers will receive the items.

    • The number of items we will release will be equal to the total quantity of orders multiplied by the percentage allocation. (round down)

    • We will give weight for customers who ordered more items by listing more names in the random selector.

    • The total number of orders will be reflected by the number of names shown on the random selector.

    • Refunds will be issued three days to one week after the selection for customers who are not selected or who have excess payment due to allocation cut.

• The 70% payment deadline will be upon release and confirmation of your item allocation
